PURE ANILINE
Pure Aniline is a full grain leather that is dyed for color without any pigments or finishes applied. These hides will exhibit natural characteristics such as healed scars, scratches, neck and belly wrinkles. Expect color variation, as this leather is a natural product and will absorb dye differently from hide to hide. Pure Aniline leathers will develop a rich patina over time and will fade with prolonged exposure to sunlight. These hides tend to have a soft and supple hand and are known to be some of the most luxurious leathers offered.

SEMI ANILINE
Semi-Aniline leathers are dyed with a small amount of pigment or clear finishing. This technique highlights the natural characteristics of the hide while offering color consistency and increased durability. This leather can be described as “the best of both worlds,” pairing a nice hand with moderate protection. The usability and lower price points make semi-aniline leather a very attractive option.

PROTECTED
Protected leather is a full grain leather that is dyed for color and receives pigment to ensure color consistency. The pigment also ensures fade resistance, which helps the leather wear less over time. A clear water-based topcoat is also applied to these hides for additional protection. Protected leathers are easy to maintain and have maximum resistance to wear, soiling, and fading from light. Also, the natural imperfections of these hides are less noticeable. These leathers are priced competitively and are great for contract and high traffic areas.
Protected Leather Collections: Bulls Eye, Cattlelac, Cosmoo, Cow Tao, Desirabull, Hayday, In The Moo'd, Like No Udder, Milky Way, Moo La La, Star Grazing
NUBUCKS & SUEDES
Nubucks are full grain leathers that have been aniline dyed for color and then polished to create a visible nap. Prolonged exposure to sunlight will cause these leathers to fade. However, our nubucks have been treated with a finish to provide additional protection against wear and fading.
Suede is made from the underside of the skin; splits from cow hides have a natural nap which have a soft and pliable hand. Our leathers have been treated to enhance durability, but suede, in general, is susceptible to wear.
Nubuck / Suede Collections: Cowlick, Half & Half , Hoof Print I, II, III, IV, Incredibull
